7:35 am	Mooch and Other Random Thoughts I have always had a great deal admiration and respect for the 49ers organization and Bill Walsh. They pretty much blew that out the water today. I have heard Bill Walsh praised in all this but there is as much blood on his hands as anyone. It is entirely disgusting to see the 49ers outright lie to the media and trash a class act like Steve Mariucci. I do not believe for one minute that he tried to make a power play move but even if he did it was only to try and save himself what other choice did he have? Bill Walsh didn't like him so he was gone. They would have fired him at halftime of the Giants game if they could. I think Bill Walsh needs to get off his ass and back on the sidelines if he's so good. The problems with the 49ers start at the top with the liars and ass coverers they have and end on the field with the loud mouth Terrell Owens. I really wish the 49ers a few years at sub .500. I know that it is too late for Mariucci to get a job this year as all are now filled except for the 49ers but who ever gets him next year is getting one hell of a coach. Also if Jim Mora Jr is smart he will turn down any offer I wouldn't want that job. Although I think it will go to Bill Walsh cronie Dennis Green who is perfect for that job but I doubt he will be very successful unless they can retain Jim Mora Jr and find a very good offensive coordinator because Green is only at this best when he has great coordinators. If you don't believe me check out the offensive drop off after Billick left in Minnesota and and after he had defensive coach purges. On to other issues. This whole Bush wading into the Michigan affirmative action thing seems rather strange to me. I admit I am not up to speed on the facts of the case but something just doesn't smell right here. I would be interested in seeing how the moderate blacks react to this (not the Jesse Jacksons of the world). So they found empty missile casings for chemical weapons in Iraq. Well theres our cause for war now. Meanwhile North Korea has 200,000 people in a prison camp that makes some of Stalins camps look like Disney Land. Men, Women, childern tortued and ghastly things done to them. Yet its Iraq that deserves all the attention while we give North Korea whatever they want. This whole Iraq situation is just getting out of control. I am all for the war but not for the reasons the Bushies are doing it. 4:36 am	Random thoughts at 4:30 in the morning I can't believe how short Avril Lavigne I knew she was short but she's 5'1"!!! Someone needs to tell her short people aren't supposed to be stars but then again neither are sk8r tomboys either. Is it just me or is Bush getting more desparate to invade Iraq everyday. He wants Saddam so bad he's willing to give North Korea anything they want just so they behave. Have we really sunk this low as a country where a son care less about our country and more about showing up his dad. I think one of the Fox commenters had the best line about Democratic presidental hopefuls. "2004 by 2004" as in thats how many people will be in the field by then. I really like Lieberman the best of all but how would the Arab world react to a Jewish president? I also like Edwards too but he's too green. So that basically leaves me with Bob Kerry someone who I think would be a great president but he's not going to be able to match Bush. How proud are people in Minnisota. They have a govner who is going to wrestle in the WWE when he leaves office. What a joke that state is and what a phoney Ventura is and always will be. Why does my dog insist on eating cat poop? I practically beat the dog to death and yet everytime there she goes. What the hell is so yummy about cat shit? I was all for light rail in this city but the more I look at this rail line the more I think this is going to be titanic type diseaster for this city. I also got the over/under on the first train versus car accident at 4 months and train versus people at 3. As laughable as it is I think Monorail might have been a better solution for this city. I don't think we will like a slow moving train. Is it just me or is this war on SUVs the funniest thing to ever happen? From what would Jesus drive to torching a used car lot how stupid are these people? Ok abortion I get but SUVs? And why capitiallize on that idiotic drug to terrorist ads when people laughed at them in the first place? Paul O'Neil opposes Bush's plan...and we all wondered why he got fired. Here goes Bush again. Shortly after winning a tainted election which was thrown by a hypocritcal Supreme Court motivated by politics then by whats right Bush declared a had won a mandate. Now here is again trying to declare a mandate with a plan so outlandish his own party can't even swallow it. (Comment on this)

12:07 am	Bill The Cry Baby and the American People finally getting a little smarter First let me say I am so sick of seeing Bill Cowher crying to the reporters about the refs. He is such a hypocrite. If that had been his kicker and they didn't call that he would be whining about that. I am even more sickened by the same idiots who decried the tuck rule last year are now crying about this. IT IS IN THE RULE BOOKS AND THERE FORE SHOULD BE CALLED AT ALL TIMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At no point in the rule book does it state that you shouldn't make certain calls in play off games. Further more the Steelers fans need to get off Ron Bloom and his crew and starting focusing their anger on DeWayne Washington he is the one who lost that games for you guys not the refs. I am sorry but in the waning seconds of a playoff games you under NO circumstances go near that kicker. He went for the block but you better be damn sure you have an angle to get out of it. HOORAY HOORAY!!! The American people aren't complete idiots. After seeing Bush's incredibly stupid stimulas plan (yea stimulate all those rich people)his approval rate fell by 5% and probably will go down further if he keeps trying to sell the American people that somehow the divend tax is something that saves all Americans. YEA RIGHT. This is just like the Bush plan he floated during his campaign to give all servicemen an across the board percentage hike. Yes that really helps the E-1 to E-4s with familys who are on food stamps (that is a very well known and very well documented fact) so much compared to the Admirals who will be getting a bigger raise. 3:00 pm	Eating Crow and Bubble Gum Pop Well sunday sure wasn't kind to me. I really have no idea as to what to say to the 49ers horrible performance except that it is clear that I totally missed one thing. The players have quit on Mooch and his staff. Terrell Owens cancer has finally ruined the team. The 49ers if smart would dump Owens but because Mooch isn't a Bill Walsh favorite he is mostly likely to wind up in Jacksonville. I liked Jimmy Johnsons quote before the 49ers/Giants game.."if they win Bill Walsh will take credit for it" that says it all and all that is wrong with the 49ers. I love Bill but he is hurting the club if he wants to coach so bad get him back on the field. Jacksonville will be getting a great coach and if I was Mooch I would be doing everything possible to get the hell out of there. The Jets will I thought they would be the hot wild card team this year but wow did the Raiders show me what kind of team they have. This could be there year I wish my Titans would make it but if they can't wouldn't it be great to the Bucs versus Raiders. Ahhh but I'm only dreaming heres my Predicitions: Raiders 27 Titans 13 Raiders are just too good and the Titans secondary is not going to hold up and the ground game just can't be that awful and expect to go to the Super Bowl. Eagles 23 Bucs 9 For the third striaght year it will be the Eagles ending the Bucs play off run. I just don't think Brad Johnson can stand up under the Eagles rush although Brad proved alot to me in that 49ers game the Eagles are just too good. REMATCH OF SUPER BOWL XXV!!! Probably my least favorite of the possible Super Bowls On to Bubble Gum Pop. HOORAY HOORAY BUBBLE GUM POP IS DEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank god after suffering all these years under Brittney and NSuck the reign of stupid music is over!!! Not only that the music industry is finally being forced to realize it has to produce quality (novel concept) over quanity. Gone are the days of multi platnum albums sales as the internet gives voice to long ignored fans. Its nice to see real talents like Avril Lavigne, Nora Jones, Michelle Branch et al. get some play. I also think Avril is infinatly better role model for young girls. Hey Brittney when you get back off your hiatus well it would just be better if you stayed on one hahahahha. Is it just me or is Justin Timberlake's song about him and brittney (allegedly) just totally pathetic ? Its so funny it makes me laugh to listen tot hat song to see how pathetic he is. I think when Brit left him she didn't give him back his balls. I am just so glad that there days are numbered if not altogether over. Here's hoping the music industry finally learns a vaulable lessons. Yes there are millions out there who will buy an album for one song but there are millions more who want artist who are here and stick around for awhile. Thats what makes the Dixie Chicks so amazing they have had not made a bad song yet and even though they are on their third album (as the trio they are now) the just realised what is probably their best song to date Letters of Soliders when I first heard that at the Rodeo in Houston it just flat out gave me chills. 11:12 pm	Titans Win!! Titans Win!! Titans Win!! Titans Win!! Titans Win!! Titans Win!! Titans Win!! God what a game by the titans although I low balled the score I got the point differential right on the money. What a game this was and what a physical hard hitting game at that. So many ups and downs I screamed myself horse. I don't really believe my beloved Titans have much of a chance of beating either the Jets or Raiders but it was nice to finally beat the Steelers in a play off game and after all you never know. My game ball though for this game has to go the amazing Steve McNair again gutting out tough performance and winning with zero running game after the first and no Eddie George after the first play of the third. Also god what a roll out and pass to McCarains. Lastly FYI to Bill Cowher I know your frustrated by the refrees but that was running in the kicker don't even try to whine about it and say it wasn't. Although if I was DeWayne Washington I think I would go enter the Witness Protection Program. As for the second game the Eagles defense looked fantasic and McNabb barely looked like he had missed any time at all. This is the NFC Super Bowl team here. There is no way the Bucs or 49ers are going to be able to beat them in Philly. If McNabb continues to play this well they should beat the Raiders or Jets. Current Mood: giddy (Comment on this)
1:11 am	NFL Predictions I know this is a kind of sucky intro but since time is short I will log my predictions for this weekends games: Titans 16 Steelers 13 Titans won't be able to run the ball but will pass well enough to win this game. The steelers just aren't good enough on defense and I think Maddox will bounce back but I think the Titans defense will be able to hold. Jets 27 Raiders 24 I have really waffled on this game back and forth so I am going to go out on a limb and predict the Jets. They are just playing so good and are due for a big game in Raiderland. I think the Raiders have played great all year much to my surprise but they have a history of blowing games in the playoffs and this looks like the time too. Whoever wins this game is going to the Super Bowl. 49ers 23 Bucs 17 I think the 49ers finally found themselves in that game against the Giants and I just don't think the Bucs have it together on offense just yet. I think Gruden has the team going in the right direction but somehow I just can't shake this Gruden is a more talented Jerry Glanville. Eagles 21 Falcons 17 Clearly the Falcons are dangerous but this game will be won and lost on defense for them and I just don't think this team's defense is there yet.
